Crissy Dudonis began practicing pilates in 2000 and immediately was hooked. Crissy earned her pilates certification in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, and Barrels through the highly respected STOTT PILATES® Method. She is also a trained Total Barre ™ instructor. Total Barre integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training. In addition, she is also a certified PiYo™ , CIZE LIVE™ and TRX™ instructor. Through her group mat classes as well as one-on-on sessions on the pilates apparatus, she teaches her clients how to strengthen their deep spinal and core abdominal muscles and how doing so will improve on all other activities like walking, running, tennis, etc. In addition, she teaches how to achieve a healthy, fit body without adding bulk.
